As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. My personal health journey has given me the wisdom and empathy to tackle many challenges and my Integrative Nutrition education exposed me to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the lifestyle that works best for you. No one diet works for everyone! In fact I believe that diets don't really work at all. Rather, I will guide you to find food and lifestyle choices that best support you and will help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. And as a trained chef, I will also ensure that your road to better health is a delicious one! Health Coach + Chef = two for the price of one!

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we'll look at how all the parts of your life affect your health as a whole. I don't dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins, or suggest you live on green juice and kale salads. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. As we work together you'll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and will implement lasting changes to improve your energy, balance and health. And if you do come to the conclusion that you'd like to cut out problem foods, I know first-hand how much this can improve one's health but also what a challenge it can be! I have an arsenal of substitutions and recipes that will make eating enjoyable and not make you feel like you're missing out on all the fun. I've even been been known to get me clients to eat veggies they once despised!
